The Bat and Ball Ground is a cricket ground in Gravesend, Kent. The first recorded match on the ground was in 1848, when West Kent played an All-England Eleven.〔(Other matches played on Bat and Ball Ground )〕 In 1849, Kent played an All-England Eleven in the grounds first first-class match.
